Formerly Green & Company, the Greater Boston Graphic Design Company, LLC is a collaborative of full service design studios, programmers and individual design talent. Located north of Boston in Georgetown, MA, the office has the pleasure of serving many local and national brands. Brand for truth
Your brand, whether big or small, boils down to two things. What you claim to be, and how you follow up on those claims with your customers. You can’t pretend to be something you’re not. If you try, trust between you and your customers will erode very quickly.

Let your customers decide
Obviously there are many companies that do what you do. You know the difference between you and everyone else, but does your customer? The first place a potential customer will look is your website. This is their first impression of you, and we all know you never get a second chance. Once they evaluate your company, if they choose to "shop" you, their impression will either be strengthened or weakened by all the interactions (we call them touchpoints - see "Why GBGDCo?") with your company. Are customers seeing a tight, well thought out design program that makes it easy for them to choose? They aren't consciously thinking about it but they are reacting to it. Its like a work of fine art. Most people don't know what went into creating that masterpiece, but they know what they like and dislike.
